Get Fit for Free!
From 5 May until 25 August join fitness professionals from 37° for free fitness classes in The Scoop at More London. Classes run each Wednesday morning from 7.30am 8.30am and are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
For your first class please turn up 10 minutes before as you will have to register and complete a Par-q form. Classes are limited in size; therefore it will be run on a first come first served basis.

Join the fitness professionals from 37° for a taste of the free fitness classes that will run each Wednesday morning until 25 August.
Have a go at Boot Camp/Body Blast at 7.30am, a session of Pilates at 12.15pm or sample Yoga at 12.50pm. All in The Scoop at More London and all Free!

This is a no-nonsense total body conditioning workout which will strengthen and reshape all your body. Big bulky muscles you wont get but work hard enough and a sleek, lean, defined body will be your reward. Using a variety of small equipment such as resistance bands, light hand weights and steps, this class is choreography free. So if your goal is to look good naked youd be crazy no to join in! Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities

Join the fitness professionals from 37° for free outdoor fitness classes in The Scoop at More London.
This is a well balanced series of stretching and strengthening exercises that will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and posture. It focuses on the deep muscles which support the spine and helps to develop a girdle of strength at the centre of the body. All the exercises are anatomically precise, leading to a greater awareness of the whole body and an ability to identify and release all unnecessary tension. Pilates leads to a body which is less tense, yet strong and supple, and will leave you invigorated.

The emphasis is on fluidity and heat, using continuity to support them both. A challenging practice, leading to an intense deepening of concentration and internalisation. This class is ideal for people who have attended other styles of yoga on more than one occasion and who have generally good flexibility.
